ROOF AND WINDOW REPLACEMENTS ARE STILL BEING MADE.  Don't forget to submit your ACC request to the Association prior to ordering materials, so they can be approved in advance by the ACC committee.  You can use a quick form on the left-hand menu.  Submit your request to Advantage Management via mail, fax, or email.

If you are looking to paint your home soon, you may wish to look at the Association's book of pre-selected colors.  The KWAL store at 3106 S Parker Rd may have one, and several Board members/ACC members in the community have one.  Call Management at 303.987.3744 if you wish to look at one floating around the community, and we will track one down for you.  The way this process works is this: If you wish to use one these pre-selected color schemes, the approval process is simplified, and involves less time.  But you don't have to use one of them, nor do you have to use KWAL paint.  In this case, though, be prepared for a longer approval process as the Association has up to 45 days to give you an answer. Call Management with any questions.

A Reserve Study has been completed that will be used in budgeting repairs and replacements of common areas in the community. It can be found on another page of this website.

The Board approved a review of the 2009 financials.

The Board, along with a committee organized at the Annual Meeting, will be working on revising our Association's governing documents.  This is a monumental task and will take a while.  The Association's attorney will do the actual re-write, with imput from the Board and the committee.

SATURDAY, APRIL 3, 2010 AT 10AM EASTER EGG HUNT TENTATIVELY PLANNED INSIDE the Peakview Elementary School Gym (The school requires a building engineer to be present and as that day is at the end of Spring Break, special arrangements will need to be made.)  We will update the website as soon as we can confirm the gym will be open for us.

SEMI ANNUAL GARAGE SALE scheduled for Fri & Sat, June 4 and 5 from 8 til 4.  We are planning to buy some new signs/banners this year for the community entrances.  Ads will run as well.  Plan now to clean out that old junk-oops-those old treasures!

SUMMER PICNIC TENTATIVELY PLANNED FOR SUN JUNE 6 OR SAT JUNE 12          A bouncee toy will be provided for the kids.  Most food will be provided.  More info on activities planned will be coming . . .
