As the weather improves the RE-PAINTING of homes, as well as ROOF AND WINDOW REPLACEMENTS are getting underway. Don't forget to submit your ACC request to the Association prior to ordering materials, so they can be approved in advance by the ACC committee. This process can take up to 45 days so please plan ahead. You can use a quick form on the left-hand menu. Submit your request to Advantage Management via mail, fax, or email. If you are looking to paint your home soon, you may wish to look at the Association's book of pre-selected colors. The KWAL store at 3106 S Parker Rd may have one, and several Board members/ACC members in the community have one. Call Management at 303.987.3744 if you wish to look at one floating around the community, and we will track one down for you. The way this process works is this: If you wish to use one these pre-selected color schemes, the approval process is simplified, and involves less time. But you don't have to use one of them, nor do you have to use KWAL paint. In this case, though, be prepared for a longer approval process as the Association has up to 45 days to give you an answer. It can be found on another page of this website. The Board, along with a committee organized at the Annual Meeting, will be working on revising our Association's governing documents. This is a monumental task and will take a while. The Association's attorney will do the actual re-write, with imput from the Board and the committee. |
